About the event

Hilo Lei Day Festival

Join us as we celebrate our 20th Hilo Lei Day Festival this year, in honor of our co-founder, Aunty Winona Beamer. Event will be held on May 1st @ Kalakaua Park in downtown Hilo from 9am to 2pm. E komo mai.
Join us for this beloved Hilo community event celebrating lei culture with live Hawaiian music, hula, pertinent informational booths, hula lessons, and lei-making demonstrations. The 20th Hilo Lei Day festival is FREE to the public, and donations are greatly appreciated (see Venmo QR code to donate in comments)
