Summer Cheese & Wines Class

Celebrate the flavors of summer with a combination of light, flavorful cheeses paired to crisp, full bodied wines in the rolling vineyards of Helvetia Winery. Cheesemaker and expert Emily Davidson will highlight local makers, delve into seasonality and as always, entertain with stories, history and science of cheesemaking.

Emily brings years of experience in the world of gourmet cheese. She got her start at Cowgirl Creamery and has since worked for other award winning creameries, and local Portland cheese shops. Emily studied artisan cheese production, history, and culture in Italy, France and California and has taught since 2017. More about Emily on Instagram and Facebook @friendincheese.
