SOUL CAMP offers fun, enriching, and unique half-day experiences for kids age 8-13 by the week (Monday-Friday 12-4 pm) or by the day.
Our Intentional, small-group half-day summer camp is rooted in connection, creativity, and self-discovery with each day centered around a theme that thoughtfully weaves yoga, mindfulness, meditation, sound exploration, nature, and craft.

Our programming introduces kids ages 8–13 to powerful practices like yoga, mindfulness, sound healing, the chakras, meditation, and more in a playful, age-appropriate way - designed to help children build emotional awareness, manage stress, improve focus, and develop a deeper connection to themselves, all while having fun!
Yoga supports balance, coordination, and confidence, while mindfulness encourages presence and self-regulation. Sound healing offers calming, sensory-rich experiences that promote relaxation and inner peace. Learning about the chakras introduces kids to the idea that their energy, feelings, and physical well-being are all connected - and that they have the power to care for themselves from the inside out. These practices empower kids with lifelong tools for resilience, creativity, and self-expression.

These are some of the engaging activities we'll explore each day at SOUL CAMP:
Sound Baths: Sound baths bathe our brains and bodies in the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gentle drums, and nature sounds, helping kids feel centered and calm. Kids will learn to play sound bowls and practice sharing sound with others.
Yoga for Kids: Helping kids connect with their bodies, have fun and learn about anatomy, posture, and yoga. Helping to reduce stress, regulate their emotions, and feel empowered from the inside out; increasing focus, flexibility, and body awareness.
Magical Meditations: Guided meditations especially for children to help them learn to access stillness, calm, and mindfulness.
Grounding + Nature Walks: Connecting with the world around us, meeting and exploring nature with our whole hearts.
Chakra Exploration: Learning about the seven major Chakras in the body and the colors, foods, animals, and energies associated with each one.
Art + Craft: From Mandalas to Fairy Houses, kids will be invited to play in creative expression, building confidence, encouraging imagination and focus, and introducing new perspectives.
Sharing Circles: Getting to know each other in a safe, respectful space where every voice matters. Sharing experiences, ideas, and emotions cultivates emotional intelligence, compassion, and a more inclusive, curious mind.
Drum Circles: Kids explore sound and movement with hand drums, shakers, and body percussion as they create collaborative rhythms, release big energy, practice teamwork, confidence, and emotional release while having fun.
Lemonade Ceremony: A mindful, heart-centered ritual similar to a tea ceremony that helps kids slow down and explore being present. Served with a healthy snack of fruits, veggies, and plain popcorn or plain rice cakes.
Journaling + Collage: Time to process shared and personal experiences and feelings at the end of the day, expressing them through writing and collage.
