HHaF OPEN HOUSE!!!

I’m excited to share our progress with you in opening HHaF. We hope that you will join us for our very first doors open event - an open house where you will get to meet our passionate team of owners, Personal Trainers, group fitness and Martial Arts Instructors. We have all worked hard on this space to bring you something we feel will be exciting, energizing and welcoming to your whole family. Whether you’re a returning ASDC student or stepping into our community for the first time, we want to get to know you and we are excited to become a fitness community together!

Enjoy guided tours of the facility, see all our equipment up close, and try out some guided demonstrations. It’s a fun, family-friendly event where you can get inspired to start or continue your fitness journey.

We’ll also be opening pre-registration sign-ups with special discounts if you sign up that night!

Bring your friends and family—this event is all about community, fitness, and having fun together!
