Calling in the Summer Version of You

This is not your typical Sunday. This is a reset, a remembering, a radical act of self-love with a community of women walking the same path.

If you're anything like me, you get a combination of excitement and nervousness when summer approaches —it's such a beautiful yet fleeting time of year, and you want to make the most of it!

But you might be wondering:

-What does "making the most of it"look like without booze/substances?

OR

-What does it look like at THIS particular time in my life?

Our gathering is a chance to reflect, to feel held by nature and community, and to get clearer on the leveled-up version of you that’s ready to emerge this summer.

Whether you’re newer to sobriety or it’s been part of your life for years, this event is for women and non-binary folks who are ready to feel more grounded, connected, and most of all...inspired.

We’ll move through a blend of connection games, solo reflection in nature, group sharing, and seasonal intention-setting to restore your nervous system, and step into your next phase with confidence.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, more clear, and with a stronger sense of your own rhythm and desires for the months ahead.

More than a workshop or a seminar, it’s an experience. And you’re so welcome to be part of it.

Sunday, May 18, 2025 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM in an event space at Jackson Bottom Wetlands, Hillsboro, OR (Parking is free. Detailed directions will be emailed after you sign up.)

We will be inside an event space, outside on a covered patio, and outside on a trail.

Bring:

• A sack lunch
• Comfortable walking shoes
• Journal + pen
• Water bottle
• Yourself, just as you are :)

I'm keeping this intentionally small so we can create an experience that feels personal and meaningful.
