Gentle Flow + Sound Bath
A Restorative Experience for Stress, Fatigue & Burnout
This 90-minute class is a sanctuary for those feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, or on the edge of burnout. With the support of props, breath, and gentle movement, your body is invited to soften—no strain, no pushing—just a little willingness to show up and allow restoration to begin.
This isn’t about achieving. It’s about unwinding.
Through intentionally slow, accessible movement, we’ll help the body remember safety, stillness, and ease.
Once the body is grounded, we move into a fully immersive sound bath experience. You’ll be bathed in soothing vibrations from crystal bowls, chimes, and other restorative instruments. These aren’t just sounds—they’re frequencies your body absorbs and responds to. Because your body is mostly water, the waves move deep into your tissues, releasing stuck energy and calming the nervous system.
You’ll leave feeling:
