Caregiving takes many forms. We care for our partners, children, aging parents, friends, and pets. Caring for others can be extraordinarily satisfying and it can also require levels of dedication and attention that leave us with little time to check in with our own bodies and minds.
If you are looking for the space and time to reset, please join us for this two-hour event, which includes breathwork, reflective journaling, a slow flow to restorative yoga class, and aromatherapeutic mini-massage. All participants will receive a handout with helpful resources for caregivers and a gift bag to take home.
Led by Laurie Saurborn & Dreana Nealon
Previous yoga experience helpful, but not required. Investment is $99.
What to bring: yoga mat, journal and a pen. Wear comfortable clothing for movement.
