Join us this New Moon for an intimate evening of deep rest and renewal — guided by the Nordic herb Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris), known as the dreamer’s plant.

Mugwort has long been used in Nordic and Celtic traditions as a plant ally for intuition, lucid dreaming, and womb wisdom. It clears stagnant energy, soothes the nervous system, and supports you in meeting the subconscious with gentleness — opening the inner gateway between body and spirit.

This evening will weave together soft somatic breathwork (conscious connective breathing) sound Journey, and the grounding medicine of Mugwort — held by facilitators Anna Prana and Simon Skipper.
