Join professional photographer Mark Krancer for an engaging Introduction to Nature Photography workshop at Highlands Biological Station. This hands-on course is designed for beginners looking to develop their skills in capturing the beauty of the natural world.
The workshop begins with a morning classroom session (10 AM – 12 PM) covering the basics of photography, including composition, lighting, and camera settings. After a midday break, participants will reconvene from 3 PM – 5:30 PM to set up gear and apply their skills in the field, making the most of the afternoon light.
Mark will provide insights into creative techniques and foundational skills, with the potential for future sessions exploring low-light and evening photography. Whether you’re new to photography or looking to refine your approach, this workshop offers the perfect introduction to capturing nature through the lens.
