Flower Moonrise Hike at Satulah Mountain

Join HCLT for a magical evening hike to watch May’s full moon, the Flower Moon, rise over the Plateau from the summit of Satulah Mountain Preserve.

Experience the breathtaking sunset views from the west, and watch the Flower Moon rise in the east as you wander through stunning trails. Led by knowledgeable guides from the Highlands-Cashiers Land Trust, you'll discover the beauty of the preserve while soaking in the vibrant colors of dusk and the serene glow of the moon. Bring your family, friends, and a sense of adventure for an unforgettable outdoor experience!

We will meet at Kelsey-Hutchinson Founders Park at 7pm.

This hike is 3.5 miles round trip and considered moderate to strenuous.

Free & open to all.
