⚓️About Sandy Hook Foundation:~The Sandy Hook Foundation is the official friends group to the National Park Service at Sandy Hook, New Jersey, a unit of Gateway National Recreation Area. 🧘🏼‍♀️Through this practice you are guided through a series of yin postures while bathed in the vibrational sound of crystal singing bowls, gongs & reiki.~Yin yoga is a practice of slowing down and opening the body through passive stretching and quiet breath.~As you relax in a yin posture you will be submerged in the healing sound and vibration of quartz crystal singing bowls and reiki. The binaural rhythm of the bowls will activate your brain waves into a deep meditative and relaxed state
