• Plant Brushing + Connection: Gently brushing the body with fresh herbs to clear and connect energetically, while meeting the plant allies supporting us.
• Gentle Movement: Simple grounding movements and breath to settle the body and return to center.
• Nature Connection: Mindful time outside (or with natural elements indoors), deepening relationship with the Earth.
• Guided Meditation: A short visualization to ground, clear, and open.
• Journaling Prompt: Time for inner reflection through writing, guided by a supportive prompt.
• Sharing + Herbal Tea: Optional sharing in community, while sipping calming, heart-nourishing tea.
