Rise & Restore: A Morning Sound Bath at Aurantia Park

Start your morning with calm intention. Join Marilynn for a 45-minute Sound Bath at Aurantia Park - a soothing experience of crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding vibrations designed to help you release tension and restore balance before your day begins.

This is a donation-based event, created to make mindfulness and healing accessible to everyone. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds.

Mat, blanket, and pillow (optional), plus water for hydration.

We’ll be meeting in the grassy area between the dog park and the playground at Aurantia Park.

Comienza tu mañana con intención y calma. Acompaña a Marilynn en un baño de sonido de 45 minutos en el Parque Aurantia - una experiencia relajante con cuencos de cristal, campanas y vibraciones que te ayudarán a liberar la tensión y restaurar tu equilibrio antes de iniciar el día.
