Come and join us so we can explore your local Tiny Forest here in Desborough Recreation Ground, High Wycombe! Enjoy our fun family-friendly activities, connect with nature, and meet other members of the community. You may even want to try out one of our fun science experiments!
Earthwatch Europe's Tiny Forests are planted in urban locations, where nature is most needed. Across the UK, Tiny Forests are reconnecting people with nature, enhancing wellbeing, helping to mitigate the impacts of climate change and providing nature-rich habitat patches to support urban wildlife.
What the event will include:
- Explore local wildlife like butterflies, bees and bugs.
- Meet like-minded people in your local community.
- Light refreshments
- Feel free to bring along a picnic and water.

Date and Time: Wednesday 9th July
Session 1 - 3:30pm-5:00pm and Session 2 - 5:00pm-6:00pm
You are welcome to stay for as little or as long as you like.
Getting there: We recommend using public transport, walking or car sharing wherever possible.

Outdoor clothing is advised and if you can bring gardening gloves, that would be great too!
Please also bring a phone or tablet along with you in order to use our online science surveys. We will have printed copies on the day too if that’s not possible.
