Hatha Vinyasa Yoga combines Hatha Yoga's emphasis on holding poses and mindful breathwork with the dynamic flow of Vinyasa Yoga, linking breath to movement. Hatha Vinyasa is a slower, more meditative practice than Vinyasa. You will also be introduced to elements of flow where we will move from pose to pose in a sequence (with some resting). More advanced and dynamic offerings will be given for the more experienced Yogi. This class gives you the space to refine and strengthen your practice
