Cardio Choreo Dance Exercise Class

Join Nia, a trained Zumba instructor, for this fun way to get your fitness in! Cardio Choreo will feature dance routines of various styles - ballroom and groove just to name a few - meant to get and keep your heartrate up in a low-impact, fun way. No prior dance experience or studio membership required!
Classes are $20 and participants are welcome to pay at the door or purchase a group class package.
Students are asked to wear tennis shoes, sneakers, or dance sneakers to class.
