Mental Health First Aid

MHFA is an evidence based, early intervention course that teaches participants about mental health and substance use challenges. MHFA teaches you about recovery and resiliency as well as giving you the tools to support yourself and those around you until they are connected to the professional help they need. In this course, you will learn risk factors and warning signs for both crisis and non crisis situations.

Please be sure to register for this class as only 30 spots are available. A lite breakfast and lunch will be provided. This class is being sponsored by American Legion Post 87 and participants will receive the class at no charge to them.
