Event Details: Kansas City Cannabis, a locally owned, funded, and operated company with five dispensaries across Blue Springs, Lake Lotawana, Kearney, Excelsior Springs, and KC North, invites you to join us for a day of family-friendly fun and exploration.

The High as a Kite Bluegrass + Kite Fest is FREE to the public with a small parking fee. Whether you're flying your own kite, grabbing one from Great American Kites, or just enjoying the sight of giant kites dancing in the sky, it's the perfect way to spend the day.

As the sun sets, the High as a Kite festival transitions into an exciting adults-only experience, featuring a celebration of cannabis culture, exquisite wine tastings, and a deeper dive into the benefits of cannabis—all set to the sounds of live Bluegrass.

Additional Amenities:
