Weight Management 6-Week Starter Program

How it works

Before Starting
• Become a member
• Complete pre-program assessments

Week 1
• Attend sessions on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
• Learn nutrition basics, workout program, safe equipment use

Weeks 2–6
• Follow a schedule that works for you
• Complete 150 minutes of exercise per week on your own
• Track food choices and weekly behavior goals


💲 Cost
• $25 program fee
• Fitness Plus membership required
• Non-members may sign up for $90, which includes a 6-week membership
