Fall Abundance: Foraging Wild Edibles & "Weeds"

How many edible plants can you find at Prairiewoods?

Explore Prairie, Woods, & Wetlands to discover which plants can be eaten or used for other purposes, plants to avoid, & the habitats in which they are likely to be found. We’ll discuss how to identify wild edibles, what resources are available to help, & food prep tips. This will be a good introduction for beginners as well as skill-building for more experienced foragers.

OUTSIDE-Must be able to walk over uneven terrain.

This program is free with an option to give a donation. Registration is not required but is appreciated!
