Join us for a 6 week Program (Mondays only), where Jacqui and Jennifer have joined forces to offer embodied co-regulation for both Mother and Child!

Our Program will be 2 hours long every Monday for 6 Weeks!

Hour 1: Mothers with Jacqui; Children with Jennifer; max of 5 per group

Hour 2: Mothers with Jennifer; Children with Jacqui; max of 5 per group

Includes 12 hours of Somatic Flow & Felt Sense for Mother

and 12 hours of Sensational Little Beings Club & Glow Kidz for Child

Sensational Little Beings Club is an extension of Jacqui’s

1-on-1 Nervous System Therapy sessions. In co-regulation, we are able to stimulate our social engagement systems, while learning about neuroscience, Polyvagal Theory, and our brain-body connection. Through Polyvagal Play and bringing awareness to our Felt Sense of Safety, we will learn strategies for sensory, somatic, and social emotional regulation.

Glow Kidz /Somatic Flow More than Yoga! Our workshop will help you find your FLOW State through mediums such as movement, creative writing, painting, Meditation, Journaling and much more. “Find YOUR light”, by exploring ways as a group and individually. Learn how to live in the NOW with courage, all the while embodying your true magnetic nature!

Meet Our Co-Regulators

Jacqueline Jebian Garcia is a Sensory-Trained and Somatic Trauma-Informed Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist for 11 years and Social Emotional Coach for 4 years. Additionally, she has her Bachelors in Music. She is certified as a Safe & Sound Protocol Provider and Felt Sense Polyvagal Model Provider through her practice, The Sound of Safety: In The Space Between Co-Regulation, where the Felt Sense safety in co-regulation is the treatment.

As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent mother of two, passionate about actively shifting the paradigm, Jacqui works to depathologize neurodivergence, educating adults about the intersection of the neurodiversity paradigm, the language of the nervous system, trauma, and bringing awareness to their lenses. She believes creative stimulation and teaching our youth about their brain-body connection through co-regulatory strategies is preventative work.

Jennifer Veltre is a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for 11 years, former Professional Dancer & Dance Instructor for 20+ years. She is a Certified Yoga Instructor for Children YAECP. Additionally, she has degrees in Graphic Design, Anthropology, and Sociology.

Jennifer has been creating since a very young age. She brings her love for dance, movement, and the visual arts to her position as a pediatric Occupational Therapist, where she works with children and families. Her spiritual growth as a mother and woman inform her practice daily. She combines aspects of nature, empowerment, movement, meditation, journaling, and art into her sessions. Self-awareness, reflection and creating space for your own unique expression are key aspects in cultivating inner peace!
