a time of balance, reflection, and quiet transformation.
This one-day gathering marks one year of @the__primal__way
a project rooted in embodiment, connection, and deep presence.
Whether you’ve been walking the path from the start,
or are joining us for the first time —
you’re invited to gather in nature.
Includes:
Breath, movement, fire, nature, connection.
Stillness and sound. Circle and solitude.

This is a mixed-gender gathering, open to all bodies and backgrounds.
No experience needed — just come as you are.
A WhatsApp group will support logistics, lift shares, and pre-gathering connection.
