Racing trucks are something you have to see at least once

Zolder has been the proud host for many years Goodyear FIA European Truck Racing Championship and the Dutch Truck Racing. The shiny International Truck Show and the demo ride are the icing on a very big cake. The informal paddock atmosphere not only attracts family and friends, but also functions as an industry fair at most events. The Porsche Sprint Challenge can be seen in action on Thursday September 11th and Porsche Carrera Cup Benelux during the weekend. No other weekend brings so much variety and beauty to the tarmac.

“It is the biggest event at Circuit Zolder, after the 24 Hours of Zolder of course. And with the most international audience. Since a round of the Porsche Sprint Challenge and Porsche Carrera Cup Benelux was held during the Truck GP in 2024, a kind of cross-pollination has occurred: GT fans have started to appreciate truck racing and vice versa. You really have to see truck racing for yourself at least once,” says Race Organisation Manager Julie Kenis.

The circuit is completely dressed in trucker style for the occasion. The International Truck Show is a great opportunity for every driver who is proud of his truck and who can also show his puller with a perfectly thought-out 'paint job', updated grilles, chrome parts... Admitted participants get free parking inside the circuit.
