Feel Alive in 2025 - Try-a-Mile Fit Mums & Friends

Try a Mile" is a beginner-friendly option offered by Fitmums & Friends, which supports people having a go at running or run/walking one mile. Local Brough Fitmums and Friends volunteer Run Leaders will be available to take you out to "try a mile" on Saturday 3rd May. Just turn up at any point between 11am and 2pm and join the next 1 mile run/walk group.

This is a fabulous way to ease into exercise without feeling overwhelmed. It's a way for people new to running to try out the activity with a manageable distance and fantastic support from Fitmums and Friends. We welcome men and women aged 16 years+.
