FREE Taster Session

We are delighted to announce we are hosting a free trial session for our brand new class - Mini Mindfulness✨
If you have a child aged 3-6, come and experience a taste of yoga, pilates, and meditation on the 7th September in Hertford.
The day will consist of a 45 minute mindfulness session plus 45 minutes of play time for the little ones, and a chance for you to find out about our business and discover emotional-regulation resources for your child.
