About the event

2025 Department of Virginia Convention
The 2025 Department of Virginia will take place July 9-13, 2025.

The convention will include meetings, awards presentations, American Legion Family Department/Detachment conventions, installation of the 2025-2026 Department/Detachment of Virginia officers, Cook Out (Thursday, July 10), Trivia and American Legion Riders Indoor Poker Run (Friday, July 11), Karaoke and Banquet (Saturday, July 12).

Registration for the convention is $15.00. If registration form with payment are received after Monday, June 16, a $10.00 late fee will be accessed.

To reserve a room at the Hilton, please call the hotel at 703-478-2900, online on the Department of Virginia website, or use the QR code on the lower right side of the convention registration form.

We look forward to seeing you and celebrating the accomplishments of 2024-2025.
