Aerial Yoga Beginner Series at SIM

Each Monday at 8am, Feb 2-23, we will host a beginner Aerial Yoga series. Whether you’re a true beginner in Aerial Arts, or fitness in general, this class is a great place to start. Even if you’re an experienced aerialist, everyone will enjoy this class!
