Bungee Dance at Stars In Motion

We have 2 Open Bungee Dance Classes this month: Feb 12 at 7:30pm and Feb 28 at 10am

Bungee Dance is a high energy cardio dance class using a bungee system. This class is incredibly fun and can be quite hilarious!

Each person is required to register and book the class online in advance. The cost is $20 per person. The class is one hour, allowing approximately 15 minutes to fit everyone and then about 45 minutes to bounce.

For heavier persons, the harness can be uncomfortable, or even painful. There are 4 weight classes. We can create a 5th class by using 2 bungees if needed. WC 1 - 100-140lbs WC 2 - 140-160lbs WC 3 - 160-180lbs WC 4 - 180-200lbs. If you think Bungee Dance might not work for your group, we highly recommend Aerial Yoga as a super fun alternative.

Fitted athletic wear (with capris or leggings rather than shorts) and tennis shoes are recommended. Be sure to bring a water bottle.

We also offer Bungee Dance as a private group session for 6-9 adults.
