Ambient light show and live DJ on sound mix with expert teacher Shelley Williams to guide you through a potent practice together! Open to all levels, just bring your yoga mat and an open mind/ heart!

Info: Shelley Williams is a health and wellness expert with 25 years of experience. A UCLA graduate and mother of two, she specializes in Yoga, Pilates, Agility, and Zen Thai Shiatsu, blending movement with lifestyle and nutrition guidance. Shelley has worked with diverse clients, including celebrities, executives, and athletes, focusing on pain management, injury recovery, and reclaiming vibrance for top performance. She is a “teacher’s teacher” as owner, director and facilitator of Yoga Mittra Teacher Training School and Pilates: Creative Collective Balance Teacher Training School, as well as facilitator of Yoga Mittra global retreats.
