Chocolate 101 with Clayton Hart

This is an educational class for anyone interested in learning about the history of chocolate as an ancient plant medicine and the science behind its ranking as a top superfood. You’ll learn where cacao beans come from, how they’re processed, the traits that distinguish ceremonial grade cacao, the energy associated with this plant medicine, and the benefits of integrating it into your life.

During the presentation, Clayton will have whole cacao beans available for anyone who wants to try them. Afterwards, we’ll conclude with a short cacao ceremony with the intention to introduce you to the presence of cacao and open your heart to feel more abundance.

For the best experience, don’t come with a full belly or while fasted. It’s best to eat a meal at least 2 hours before the event. It would also be ideal to avoid dairy and other stimulants before this event.

If you take SSRI’s or any heart medications please Clayton, so he can try to accommodate you. Please also let him know if you have any serious cardiovascular conditions or other concerns about possible contraindications.
