Super Moon Sound Bath

Sound Baths are an immersive experience where sound fills the room and the body with vibration aiming to help you relax and let go of stress, anxiety, worry, and concerns. They offer an opportunity to pause and access a moment of internal stillness when everything outside of you is swirling.
This sound bath with Elizabeth Pattillo will begin with guided breath work and gentle movement before settling in for a sound bath. Elizabeth will be using a set of 7 crystal singing bowls along with 4 brass singing bowls to help facilitate deeper states of relaxation and meditation.
Please feel free to bring any comfort item with you (crystal, blanket, etc.). There will be bolsters, blankets, and blocks available should you need those.
A small gift of appreciation will be provided by Elizabeth.
