Labyrinth Quiet Day.
The day should be a wonderful opportunity to slow down, relax and take a deeper look into your soul with the aid of guided meditations and walking the grounds and the labyrinth. There will be a brief introduction to labyrinths and how we may use them, both in the wide outdoors, like here at Parmoor, and in the quiet of your own sitting room, at home. Of more importance than the labyrinth, which is really just a tool, is the inner journey of our soul. The day will give space for quiet reflection, connection with creation and conversation with fellow travellers. We hope this day will be of assistance to you on your journey with the creator and their creation.
