Climate Action Nevada invites you to a Trail Clean-Up and Advocacy Day at beautiful Black Mountain in Las Vegas! Come out for a meaningful morning of service, connection, and action to protect the public lands we all love.

What to Expect:

🌄 Trail Clean-Up: Help us preserve the natural beauty of Black Mountain by removing trash and debris from this popular hiking area.

📚 Educational Discussion: Learn about recent and ongoing attacks on our public lands—specifically in Nevada—and how these threats could impact access, conservation, and the jobs of hardworking park staff.

✊ Take Action: Volunteers will be encouraged to take direct action on-site—whether it's signing petitions, making calls to elected officials, or spreading the word on social media. We'll also share ways to stay engaged in future efforts to defend our lands.

📸 Share Your Voice: With permission, we’ll be taking photos and creating social media content that amplifies the voices of Nevadans who care about our public spaces. Help us tell the story of why Black Mountain—and all public lands—are worth protecting.

Bring water, sun protection, and your passion for the outdoors. We'll provide clean-up supplies and action materials.
