Coastal Day Retreat in Porthallow Cove – Meditations on Love

A wonderful opportunity to join Buddhist monk, Gen Kelsang Dragden, on a special away day retreat in the beautiful Porthallow Cove, on the Lizard Peninsula. The day will include three guided retreat sessions, each including teachings, a short prayer and guided meditation.

With practical explanatory teachings, this meditation retreat will introduce you to simple methods for developing and expanding pure love, and will give you the tools to continue this meditation practice on your own after the retreat
