Hi! I'm Sofia - a psychologist, psychophysiologist, neuroscientist, and embodiment coach.
On 23.11, I invite you to a wonderful session where we’ll explore how your body can unlock new ideas and perspectives.
Through awareness and movement, we will journey across 4 Elements - Earth, Water, Fire, and Air. Those are metaphors for 4 distinct nervous system states.
The key mechanism: when we do something differently with the body, the emotions, thoughts and perspectives follow.
During such sessions people often find their thinking opening up regarding a broad range of topics, from relationships to work projects. They walk away with inspiration and concrete steps towards their goal.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Anyone who has something they want new ideas or viewpoints on.
Writer's block? Artist's block? Dancer's block? Actor's block? Relationship block? Come. We will find the way forward.

LANGUAGE
The main workshop language is English, but translation to Finnish or Swedish is possible.
