Vastaväittäjänä on professori Derek Nelson (Wabash College, Indiana, Yhdysvallat) ja kustoksena toimii vanhempi yliopistonlehtori, varadekaani & dosentti Pekka Kärkkäinen.

The time has come for me to defend my doctoral dissertation, welcome to the public examination!
The examination of my dissertation, Martin Luther and the Theology of Moses: Examining the Lectures and Sermons on Deuteronomy, is on December 18 at 12 at Suomen Laki lecture room (Porthania building, University of Helsinki).
My opponent is Professor Derek Nelson from Wabash College (IN, USA). Dr. Pekka Kärkkäinen serves as the custos.
The event will be streamed over the University’s Unitube system for those unable to attend.
It has been a long and rewarding path and it would be great to see familiar faces in the audience. Sparkling wine will be served after the defence.
