Tervetuloa mukaan Sisäisen Lapsen Taidepajoihin!
Tässä lempeässä 2,5 tunnin mittaisessa työpajassa saat pysähtyä arjen keskellä ja kohdata oman sisäisen lapsesi — sen osan sinusta, joka kaipaa leikkiä, vapautta ja sallivaa läsnäoloa.
Pajassa nautimme taiteesta ilman sääntöjä, kiirettä tai suorittamista. Tarkoitus ei ole osata, vaan olla – luoda, leikkiä ja tuntea. ❤️
✨ Mitä pajassa tapahtuu?
🔸 Ohjattu sisäisen lapsen meditaatio – maadoittuminen ja yhteyden luominen
🔸 Kysymme: "Mitä minun sisäinen lapseni tarvitsee tänään?"
🔸 Irti suorittamisesta – hiljennä kriittinen ääni ja rikotaan yhdessä sääntöjä
🔸Vapaata taiteilua – maalataan sormin! (kyllä, unohda pensselit!)
🔸Kohtaamisia ja yhteistä jakamista piirin muodossa
🔸Piirin päätös lempeän meditaation kautta
Kaikki tunteet ovat sallittuja. Olet tervetullut juuri sellaisena kuin olet. Ennen aloitusta käymme yhdessä läpi turvallisen tilan periaatteet, jotta jokainen kokee itsensä turvalliseksi.

Welcome to the Inner Child Art Workshop!
In this cozy 2.5-hour art session, I’ll gently guide you to reconnect with your inner child and enjoy creating art with no rules or pressure! ❤️
This is a space to step away from everyday stress and return to the innocent joy of simply making, playing, and being – together.
The workshop includes a guided meditation to help you ground into the moment and truly arrive in your body and heart, allowing whatever wants to express itself through art and play to flow freely.
All feelings are welcome here. You are warmly invited – just as you are. ❤️
We’ll always go over our shared agreements at the beginning and create a safe space where everyone is honored and respected.
