I’ve poured into it all my knowledge, tools, and heart — so we can heal and rise together..
We will meet once a month to do Yoga, breathwork, read Oracle deck cards, women’s talk, connection, community we will share some snacks while we talk of what really matters.
I create safe spaces for women to feel vulnerable, to share what is in their mind, to be open to feel their emotions and find joy.
