I assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of my participation.
• Emergency Medical Treatment: In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorise the Company and its representatives to arrange for any necessary medical treatment and services deemed necessary for my wellbeing. I understand that I will be responsible for any associated costs incurred.
• Photographic and Video Release: I grant Jenny Oceans, Brie Quartermaine, Melinda Stone, Peta Lea Brenda and Bex Harris the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs and videos taken of me during the activities, events, and educational programs for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes.
