Self Protection and Empowerment

Join us for two free, one-hour family-friendly workshops designed to empower children and young people with essential self-protection skills.

These engaging sessions include age-appropriate education around child abuse prevention and offer vital support for children, youth, and their families.

Held in a safe, trauma-informed environment, these drug and alcohol-free workshops actively involve participants in learning strategies to recognise unsafe situations, build confidence, and respond effectively to potential threats.

By equipping children with these tools, we not only enhance their personal safety but also nurture their sense of agency and resilience.
