This is a gentle, heart-opening space to come together, practice Reiki, receive healing, and deepen your connection to this sacred energy.
Whether you’re newly attuned or a seasoned practitioner, this class is for you.
We’ll begin with a deeply calming guided meditation to help you drop into presence, clear your energy field, and open to the flow of universal life force.
Meditation helps settle the nervous system, quiet the mind, and create a receptive space for Reiki to flow more freely and powerfully.
Then we’ll move into giving and receiving Reiki in a supportive group setting — a beautiful way to practise your skills, build confidence, and receive the healing you so often give to others.
