An invigorating combination of easeful and challenging movement set up intentionally to promote an energetic effect meant to balance the chakras and soothe the nervous system. Mainly practiced seated with modifications for all levels. Expect pranayam (breath), mantra(song) and meditation. Gong Bath to conclude class. Accessible & trauma-informed.
