Hefewiezen
Prost Hefeweizen is a complex balance of banana, clove, and spice. This award winning hefeweizen is one of the most enjoyed biers at Prost and for good reason. Our yeast is hand selected to produce the most dynamic and enjoyable drinking experience you can find.
Oktoberfest
Our Märzen has light nutty, bready notes on the nose, with punchy malt notes that waver between sweet and dry and a burst of earthy hops in the finish. The light toasted malt is reminiscent of an amber ale, but the clean finish and purity quickly identify it as a German-style lager. In the end, there's a hint of floral hops for a unique twist to a classic amber with a medium-to-full body.
Vienna Lager
Prost Vienna is a medium body bier, with a crisp finish, toasty malt characteristics with hints of candied almonds and hazelnut flavors from exclusively sourced Weyermann Vienna and Munich malts. The subtle noble hop characteristics add a floral note, with the softest touch of nectar fruits like fresh peaches and apricots. Prost Vienna Lager is a four-season amber lager; light and easy drinking while also maintaining a richness and depth of flavor.
