Reiki & Meditation Evening

Over the course of an hour, we’ll move through a nurturing blend of:

• Mindful Movement – gentle stretches to ease the body and settle the mind
• Somatic Release – simple practices to let go of held stress and emotions
• Face Yoga – soft techniques to release facial tension and invite calm
• Meditation – guided stillness to restore inner balance
• Reiki Share – soothing energy work for deep relaxation and renewalThis event is open to all no experience needed. Just bring yourself, wear something comfortable, and give yourself the gift of an hour dedicated to your wellbeing.
