Crystal Flow: A Yoga, Angelic Reiki & Crystal workshop

Join us for a rejuvenating experience at We Are Wellness where we will dive into the world of yoga, Angelic Reiki, and crystals.

Supported by the luminous vibration of Moonstone, this workshop combines both strength and softness to help you reconnect with your inner rhythm.


We’ll begin with a sacral chakra–based yoga flow, blending fluid movement with grounding strength. Expect hip-opening sequences, embodied flow, and moments of power balanced with surrender — designed to both energise and release.


From there, we’ll shift into Angelic Reiki, opening a channel for the angels to support and restore your energy. Their presence brings deep peace, healing, and alignment, helping to clear blocks in the sacral centre and awaken creativity and flow.


✨ Moonstone Reiki Savasana / Nidra ✨

The final half hour will be a Reiki-infused crystal savasana and yoga nidra. Held in luminous stillness, you’ll rest with Moonstone at your heart — a crystal of intuition, flow, and feminine wisdom — while angelic energy restores and nourishes you.


✨ Take-Home Moonstone ✨

Each participant will receive a Reiki-infused Moonstone to take home — a luminous companion to keep supporting your sacral energy long after the session.


You’ll leave feeling grounded yet flowing, empowered yet softened — aligned with both the strength of your body and the wisdom of the moon.
