Sourdough Class

Join us at Scott’s Orchard for a cozy, hands-on Sourdough for Beginners class led by the talented Jana Trigg of Shelly Mae’s Home Bakery! Whether you’ve always wanted to try your hand at sourdough or you’re looking to refine your technique, this class is the perfect place to start.

Participants will:

- Learn the basics of sourdough and proper techniques from an expert
- Get their hands dirty kneading dough and learning to shape a loaf
- Watch a loaf of sourdough bake from start to finish
- Leave with their own bubbly sourdough starter, a feeding schedule, a renowned sourdough bread recipe, and a delicious sample of sourdough baked goods
