The shortest day and longest night has passed. It's time to welcome in a return to the light both in our minds and within our hearts.

This festive time of year can be such a busy time! This is a chance to deeply slow down. Give yourself this gift of 2 hours to deeply tune IN with ritual, practice, ceremony, celebration and connection to others at this time of welcoming the light back in.

Expect a soothing combination of warming pranayama, candlelit restorative yoga, meditation, journaling, oracle cards and whatever else intuitively flows!

Please bring your pen and notebook, plus a cosy blanket and warm comfortable loose fitting clothes for this practice.
