Join Charlotte Monkhouse for this special end of year workshop/extended class to reflect on the year that is coming to an end, and to set gentle, attainable intentions for 2026 followed by candle-lit Yin.
This calming and cozy afternoon will include carefully curated guided meditations, journal prompts, Yin and a guided Yoga Nidra whilst wrapped in blankets to close.
So much happens in a year. Some things won't have gone to plan, and life will not always have been easy or perfect, but some real reflection can help us to realise all the wonderful things that did happen, what worked and did go right, and reflection can help us see where we want to start to go in the coming year.
Intention setting can be much more powerful than easily breakable New Year’s resolutions, so come and learn how to make them with ease and confidence. A resolution has no wiggle room; an intention sets the general direction of a journey and has plenty of wriggle room, which is why we yogis use them. When the intention is light and not rigid, it is so much easier to stick to.
With Charlotte's extensive training in yoga, meditation, and life coaching, you will be in very safe hands as she holds space for you to reflect and intention set in a safe, supportive, cozy environment.
Come in comfortable clothes, bring a pen and notebook, and leave feeling refreshed, inspired, rested and ready.
