Meditation and Crystal Bowl Sound Bath

Join our monthly Sound Journey where we come together to focus on self-care, self-love and self-healing.

Each circle includes a short relaxing guided visualisation and a crystal bowl sound bath.

A crystal bowl sound bath is a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience that uses the pure, harmonic tones of crystal singing bowls to restore balance to the mind, body, and spirit. The vibrational frequencies emitted by the bowls resonate with the energy centers of the body, promoting healing, reducing stress, and encouraging a meditative state. This soothing practice is ideal for anyone seeking inner peace, clarity, and a sense of profound relaxation.

£10 per person, pay on the day - no need to book.

Bring a mat, blanket and eye mask (not essential).
