Healing Movement Journey - A somatic path to inner alignment

Join us for a Healing Movement Journey. A gentle, somatic journey designed to reconnect you with your body, release stored emotion, and realign your energy from within.

In this 60-minute workshop, you’ll be guided through mindful movement and grounding meditation. No choreography. No pressure. Just a safe space to breathe, feel, and move freely.

Whether you're new to movement practices or exploring your inner healing journey, this experience will meet you exactly where you are.

What to Expect:
* Guided breath & intention setting
* Gentle warm-up to awaken the body
* A flowing, music-led movement journey
* Space for emotional release and self-expression
* Stillness & meditation to integrate the energy
* Optional sharing and closing circle

No experience needed. Come as you are, wear comfy clothes, and bring water, a yoga mat, and an open heart.
